As Senior Performance & Governance Manager – Service Contracts (m/f/d), you will drive transparency, performance, and governance across INNIO’s global Long-Term Service Agreement (=LSA) portfolio. You will create the basis for fact-based decision-making by translating operational and financial data into actionable insights, standardized reporting, and clear governance processes. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will help ensure profitability, compliance, and continuous improvement across a strategically important part of INNIO’s Services business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of INNIO’s global LSA portfolio using defined operational and financial KPIs 
  • Establish and maintain standardized reporting structures to ensure transparency across regions and support regular performance reviews with key stakeholders 
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports covering portfolio performance, profitability, cost development, risks, and compliance 
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes by providing accurate, timely, and reliable portfolio performance data 
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, internal governance requirements, Delegation of Authority (=DoA), and applicable reporting standards 
  • Own and further develop the LSA DoA governance process, including approval rules, contract and amendment reviews, and compliance monitoring 
  • Identify risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities within the LSA portfolio and proactively recommend corrective actions 
  • Drive harmonization of processes and promote best-practice sharing across regions to strengthen consistency and operational excellence 
  • Lead and support initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and transparency across the global LSA portfolio 
  • Collaborate closely with Service Leadership, Controlling, regional Contract Service Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and continuous performance improvement 
  • Communicate initiative achievements and outcomes to VP-level management 


Your Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience in analyzing complex operational and financial data and translating it into management-ready insights
  • Proven track record in building or improving KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting structures, and governance processes
  • Experience working in a global, matrix-based organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities
  • Experience in service contracts, long-term agreements, aftermarket business, or asset-heavy industrial service environments is highly desirable
  • Leadership experience is beneficial; strong cross-functional influencing skills are essential
  • Several years of experience in performance management, controlling, commercial operations, contract management, service business management, or a comparable role in an industrial environment
  • Fluent English required; German is an advantage
